World's oldest dog Pebbles dies aged 22

Her name may not mean anything to you, but Pebbles was considered the oldest dog in the world. She passed away on October 3, surrounded by her loving family. She was 22 years old.
Pebbles, the Toy Fox Terrier who owned the record of the oldest dog in the world, died on October 3, in South Carolina, in the United States, announced the Guinness Book of Records this Wednesday, October 5. The hairball was 22 years old.

« Pebbles died peacefully of natural causes alongside her owners Bobby and Julie Gregory the organization said in a statement. The canine had received the official Guinness World Records title of oldest living dog in the world last May.
The quadruped obtained this precious sesame some time after the coronation of TobyKeith , a Chihuahua living in Florida who is 21 years and 3 months old. At the time, the owners of Pebbles were convinced that their pet was older.
After receiving the paperwork showing Pebbles' date of birth (March 2000), the book listing a collection of world records granted the title to the Fox Terrier.

A dog full of life
During her life, the little female dog gave birth to 32 puppies with partner Rocky, who was also a Toy Fox Terrier. He died in 2017 at the age of 16.
According to his owners, Pebbles was a lively and caring pooch. However, he could be grumpy. His hobbies were taking hot baths and eating good food. He also enjoyed the warm weather and country music.
