A former jeweler has covered her Santa Fe home with moss so that it blends in with the natural setting. And the result is amazing.
Built in 1989, by the famous jeweler Nora Pierson, now deceased, the property known as Casa de Roca is very unusual. Located on a cliff side in Santa Fe in the New Mexico , this house blends in completely with the white rock of the cliff.

A unique house
When she had it built, the owner wanted to cover her house with moss so that the property blends in as much as possible with the surrounding nature. And we must admit that it is a successful bet. The 2,000 hectare property, which now belongs to another anonymous owner, has decided to put the villa up for sale for $899,000 or approximately €900,000.
While one might think that the property is very dark, it is not. Many skylights and high ceilings provide a very bright interior. Three fireplaces are also arranged inside to accentuate the convivial side. One thing is certain, there is nothing classic about this property and it would almost make us want to make an offer.
