In the photographs, the quadruped poses proudly in front of the lens and seems relaxed. It must be said that the feline is considered a student by all school staff.
Indeed, the cat regularly roams the premises of the primary school where his young mistresses are educated, located in Flintshire ( Wales ). Therefore, he deserved to have his own portrait. And it is not Mark Biltcliffe, the director of the establishment, who would dare to say the opposite!
« He thinks he's a student, so it's normal that he has his own photo (…) We weren't looking to have a cat or a dog at school, but he chose us “, he indicated to the daily information Metro.

A true superstar
It was in 2019 that the cat first visited the school, which is a 10-minute walk from the family home. That day, he managed to sneak inside before hiding in a cupboard.
Since then, Ziggy has been part of the set and spends her days walking through hallways and classrooms. But his favorite pastime is taking a nap on the director's desk.

The mother-of-one revealed to the British news site that she was going to buy a copy of Ziggy's portrait to put above the fireplace, next to photos of her children.
The latter was also quick to share the photos on Facebook. Unsurprisingly, her post went viral with over 30,000 likes and 4,000 comments.
