Thus, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., the lighting on the less frequented sections will be suspended, according to the Lights 4.0 Plan. The latter was implemented from Monday 19 September, in the evening, in the presence of the Minister of Energy, Mobility and Infrastructure, Philippe Henry, and two groups responsible for infrastructure and Walloon motorways.
