This very narrow house in Vietnam in Hanoi is mind-blowing. ODDO Architects has worked a miracle.

The Vietnam is well known for its houses very narrow. The reason ? Lower land prices when it comes to narrow plots. Result: many houses are built in height and length. The proof, with this 4 meter wide property built in Hanoi by ODDO Architects. The company managed to build a 5-storey house on this small plot of land and turn it into an ultra-modern and ultimately spacious living space.

An unusual house

Asked by Insider , Marek Obtulovic, architect for the company, explained the limitations he had to face: “We built upwards so that each member of the family of four - including the two young children - would have their own private space” , said the professional.

This house is designed in an amazing way. The main street entrance leads directly to the kitchen and the dining room is on the first floor. The living room is on the third floor, nestled between the master bedroom on the second and the children's bedroom on the fourth. There is a prayer room on the top floor. In terms of decoration, the architects opted for minimalist furniture with natural materials and plants. The rendering is canon.
