The city shared a photo of the creature on social media and said it was taken around 1:25 a.m. outside the Amarillo Zoo. “Is it a person with a strange hat who likes to walk around at night? According to Michael Kashuba, director of the City of Amarillo Parks and Recreation Department, members of the zoo were watching footage from cameras placed all over the place when they came across the photo. He said on Thursday that the cameras only take pictures and the now famous photo overlooks an open area of ​​the park, just outside the zoo, which sees very little passing traffic. He explained that a member of staff sent him the image and after talking with other colleagues, they came to a consensus: “No one could figure out what it was. »
