At 8, she gets her hair cut without her mom's permission... who ends up in tears when she sees the result

On Reddit, a father told a story that hurt his relationship. He decided to please his little girl by taking her to the hairdresser, against the advice of the child's mother. Once the hair was cut, the little girl received some sexist remarks.

When you have a child, you sometimes want to choose their outfits and their haircut. However, children do not always agree with our choices and want to assert themselves by wearing what they want.

Thus, a real disagreement can be created in the family. This is what happened with the parents of Anna, an 8-year-old girl.

Anna is a child with very long hair who has always wanted to cut it. However, her mother adored her long hair and took pleasure in styling it morning and evening, by brushing it, making pigtails or braids. These gestures did not please the little girl, who constantly asked to go to the hairdresser against her mother's advice.

He takes his daughter to the hairdresser

Faced with many refusals from her mother, Anna finally decided to ask her father for help. After some hesitation, the latter agreed and took his daughter to the hairdresser , without telling his wife.

'I was reluctant at first because I didn't know how my wife would react, but I agreed when I saw how excited my daughter was to get this new haircut.' , explained the father on Reddit.

At the hairdresser, Anna chose a very short haircut and cut all her long ones hair . This result made the child happy, even if she faced some sexist remarks because of her short hair.

'In the end, Anna couldn't stop smiling , said his father. She walked around the living room showing it to everyone and even asked me to take a bunch of pictures, when she normally hates having her picture taken. An elderly lady said something like, 'You can't even tell if it's a boy or a girl now.' »

Obviously, the return home went very badly since Anna's mother locked herself in her room to cry before taking the car to leave. If this decision scared away the mother of the family, the little girl is fulfilled.
